Joomla! Juice!, the most popular podcast in the Joomlasphere, has today become part of the Joomlatools network.  The move sees a Spring clean of the old content and the introduction of a Joomla! 1.5 site, replacing the old 1.0 series.

The move comes in the wake of the formation of Joomlatools — founded by Johan Janssens, Laurens Vandeput, Mathias Verraes and Joomla! Juice! creator Pete Russell.

As a sister site to Joomlatools.org and Nooku.org, Joomla! Juice! will continue to present independent content about happenings in the Joomla community.

"The past couple of years has demonstrated that a podcast about Joomla is viable," Peter Russell said. "The consistency of downloads has shown a loyal audience and significant increase in users seeking the latest Joomla episodes."

"While we had a sabbatical of sorts, I'm happy to say that we're actively looking for fresh content from community members.  Nothing is too big or small to be considered for a show," Pete said.  "In fact, we're planning some more format changes to refresh the tempo and make things more interesting."
