Episode #013 - The Legend of Buca di Beppo

Joomla! Juice! host Pete Russell puts on his investigative hat to elicit the 'Legend of Buca di Beppo' from Joomla! Core Team Member Louis Landry.

It seems that copious amounts of pasta and chianti can get the coding juices flowing to solve ridiculously difficult problems.  Louis recalls the phenomena with his usual enthusiasm.

We also attempt to draw Louis with some tricky metaphors but he is way too sharp to fall for the trap.   Louis also speaks about attending a not-for-profit conference and Penguin Day in Washington, DC.

Joomla! Forum co-ordinator Brad Baker gives us the lowdown on Joomla's massive success with 100,000 users signing up.  Brad also sings the praises of the Simple Machines Forum and its ability to handle huge numbers of people and posts.

Huge amounts of Italian food seems to stimulate the brain in such that you can get over big (coding) humps.
